Vehicles

Permissions: read_vehicles

Use Vehicles to manage the vehicles available for the selected product.

For the platform concept, see vehicles.

View vehicles

1. In the sidebar, select Setup, then under Operations select Vehicles.
2. Use the search box to find a vehicle by license plate or nickname. The search matches any part of either value and ignores letter case, so typing part of a plate or name is enough.
3. Use the filters to narrow the list further.
4. Select a vehicle to review or edit its details.

Add a vehicle

Permissions: create_vehicles

1. In Vehicles, select Add Vehicle.
2. Enter the vehicle details.
3. Select Save.

Configure a vehicle

Permissions: update_vehicles

1. In Vehicles, open the vehicle you want to change.
2. Select Edit Vehicle.
3. Update the vehicle. Depending on the product, you can upload a vehicle image and assign custom flags. Custom flags can also be used to filter the vehicle list.
4. Select Save.

Delete a vehicle

Permissions: delete_vehicles

Deleting a vehicle can’t be undone.

1. In Vehicles, open the vehicle you want to remove.
2. Select Delete.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Import and export vehicles

Bulk imports and exports are handled through ioki Data Bridge. For the CSV workflows, see import vehicles and export vehicles.
