Passenger push notifications

Permissions: read_broadcasts

Use Passenger push notifications to review and send push notifications to passengers. The page is visible only when the feature is active for the product.

View passenger push notifications

1. In the sidebar, select Setup, then under Communication select Passenger Push-Notifications.
2. Review the messages previously created for the product.

Send a passenger push notification

Permissions: create_broadcasts

1. In Passenger push notifications, select New message.
2. Enter the notification text. It is displayed in the language set in ioki Passenger App.
3. Send the message.
