Cancellation statements

Use Cancellation statements to manage the reasons and notification text used for ride cancellations. The page is visible when passenger cancellation statements are active for the product.

View cancellation statements

  1. In the sidebar, select Setup, then under Configuration select Cancellation statements.
  2. Review the cancellation statements for the product. Global statements can be shown in the list and cannot be changed.

Add a cancellation statement

  1. In Cancellation statements, select Add Cancellation Statement.
  2. Enter the reason and the passenger notification text. The notification text is used when a driver selects that reason to cancel a passenger’s ride.
  3. Select Save.

Edit a cancellation statement

  1. In Cancellation statements, open the cancellation statement you want to change.
  2. Update the reason or the passenger notification text.
  3. Select Save.

Delete a cancellation statement

Deleting a cancellation statement can’t be undone.

  1. In Cancellation statements, open the cancellation statement you want to remove.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.
