Service violation blocks

Permissions: read_service_violations

Use Service violation blocks to review passengers who are blocked because of service violations. These can include no-shows and/or late cancellations. The page is visible only when service violation blocking is active for the product.

View service violation blocks

1. In the sidebar, select Setup, then under Incidents select Service violations.
2. Select a block to review its details.

Waive a service violation block

Permissions: create_service_violation_acknowledgments

1. In Service violation blocks, open the block you have reviewed.
2. Select Waive service violation. The acknowledgment records that the block was reviewed.
