Restricted routes

Permissions: manage_blacklisted_travel_combinations

Use Restricted routes to prevent certain origin and destination combinations from being offered. The page is visible only when restricted routes are active for the product.

View restricted routes

  1. In the sidebar, select Setup, then under Operations select Restricted ride relations.
  2. Select a restricted route to review its details.

Add a restricted route

  1. In Restricted routes, select Add restricted route.
  2. Set the origin and destination constraints. A restricted route can use stations, station categories, zones, or a combination of these.
  3. Select Save.

Edit a restricted route

Permissions: manage_blacklisted_travel_combinations

  1. In Restricted routes, open the restricted route you want to change.
  2. Update the origin and destination constraints or the recurrence rule.
  3. Select Save.

Set a recurrence rule

  1. When adding or editing a restricted route, select Add recurrence rule.
  2. Define when the restriction applies. A restriction can apply for a specific period or for the whole day.
  3. Select Save.

Delete a restricted route

Deleting a restricted route can’t be undone.

  1. In Restricted routes, open the restricted route you want to remove.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.
