ioki Operator includes links to other ioki products when a workflow is still handled outside ioki Operator.

Open Control Center

Open the app suite—the grid icon in the top-right corner—and select Control Center to open the selected product in Control Center. Control Center remains the place for configuration and administration workflows that are not yet available in ioki Operator.

Open product settings

In the sidebar, select Setup, then under Configuration select Product settings. Product settings open in the previous ioki Operator interface and include configuration that is not exposed directly in the redesigned app.

Book a ride for a passenger

Booking a ride on a passenger’s behalf opens a separate booking workflow for the selected product, rather than a page inside ioki Operator.

Import and export data

Bulk imports and exports are handled in ioki Data Bridge. ioki Operator pages link to ioki Data Bridge where the related CSV workflow exists.
