In-app banners

Permissions: manage_announcements

Use In-app banners to create and manage in-app banners for passengers. The page is visible only when the in-app banners feature is active for the product.

For the product feature, see in-app banners.

View in-app banners

  1. In the sidebar, select Setup, then under Communication select In-App banner.
  2. Select a banner to review or edit its title, message, duration, and targets.

Add an in-app banner

  1. In In-app banners, select Add Announcement.
  2. Enter the banner content, active duration, and target settings.
  3. Select Save.

Edit an in-app banner

  1. In In-app banners, open the banner you want to change.
  2. Update the banner.
  3. Select Save.

Delete an in-app banner

Deleting a banner can’t be undone.

  1. In In-app banners, open the banner you want to remove.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion.
