Export vehicles

Permissions: read_vehicles

Export a product’s vehicles to a CSV file. Choose the product and an Export type, then download the generated CSV. Two export types are available: a full record (shown as All attributes, including ioki Platform IDs) and an importable file (shown as File format usable for a later import)—the subset the vehicle import can read back in.

Full record

The full record contains the complete vehicle record snapshot, including ioki Platform IDs.

Column	Description
id	Unique vehicle identifier.
created_at	When the vehicle was created.
updated_at	When the vehicle was last updated.
active	Whether the vehicle is active.
autonomous	Whether the vehicle is autonomous.
connected_driver_id	Identifier of the driver the vehicle is currently connected to.
description	A description of the vehicle.
external_id	The vehicle’s identifier in an external system.
fuel_type	The vehicle’s fuel type.
license_plate	The vehicle’s license plate.
manufacturer	The vehicle’s manufacturer.
matching_rank	The vehicle’s rank used during matching.
model	The vehicle’s model.
nickname	The vehicle’s nickname.
num_wheelchair_bays_as_storages	Number of wheelchair bays used as storage.
operator_id	Identifier of the operator the vehicle belongs to.
phone_number	The vehicle’s phone number.
version	The record’s version number.
prebookable_default_for_task_list	Whether the vehicle is prebookable by default for task lists.

Importable

The importable file contains the same columns as the vehicle import template. See Import vehicles.
