Import stations

Permissions: create_stations

Bulk-create stations in a product from a CSV file. From the product’s Stations page in Control Center, select Import (or open Data Bridge directly and choose the product), download the Stations template, fill it in, and upload it.

Stations can be updated. If a station with the same EXTERNAL_ID already exists in the ioki platform, its data is updated. Otherwise, a new station is created.

An import only updates and adds stations. It does not remove stations that are missing from the file, so uploading a new set of stations does not delete any existing station and does not affect existing prebookings on its own. To remove a station, archive it manually.

The CATEGORY column references a station category by slug. If a category with that slug already exists in the product, the station is assigned to it. If it does not exist, the import creates it, using the slug as the title and assigning a color. Station categories cannot be imported on their own; they are only created this way, as part of a station import.
