Export users

Permissions: export_all_users

Export a provider’s users to a CSV file. This export is provider-scoped: choose the provider, then download the generated CSV. It has a single Export type—a full record (shown as All attributes, including ioki Platform IDs).

CSV columns

Column	Description
id	Unique user identifier.
created_at	When the user was created.
first_name	The user’s first name.
last_name	The user’s last name.
phone_number	The user’s phone number.
email	The user’s email address (only when confirmed).
terms_accepted_at	When the user accepted the terms of service.
newsletter_consent	Whether the user consented to the newsletter.
user_segment	The user’s user segment.
locale	The user’s language.
last_activity_at	When the user was last active.
locked_at	When the user was locked, if applicable.
lock_type	The type of lock, if the user is locked.
lock_reason	The reason for the lock, if the user is locked.
