Import ISA 5.4 (IVU.pool)

Permissions: create_task_lists, create_stations, create_lines

Import IVU.pool .asc files in the ISA 5.4 format. The import reads the uploaded files and creates stations, lines, and vehicle plannings from them. This is a specialized, file-based import, not a columnar CSV import.

Before processing the files, the import asks for several values:

  • customer_name
  • timezone
  • Default vehicle settings—vehicle_fuel_type (default diesel), vehicle_seats, vehicle_wheelchair_bays, vehicle_walker_bays, and vehicle_storage_spaces (each defaulting to 20)
  • station_type (default static)
  • matching_mode—strict or floating
  • task_list_start_date and task_list_end_date (and an optional validity_date) to generate vehicle plannings for
  • An optional booking_mode
  • An optional repositioning_key
  • The target matching_configuration

Station coordinates

This import reads station coordinates as UTM zone 32N (EPSG:32632) easting and northing values and converts them to latitude and longitude during processing. This is different from the station CSV import, which expects decimal latitude and longitude (WGS84) directly.

If the file’s coordinates are supplied as WGS84 latitude and longitude instead of UTM zone 32N, the conversion produces implausible positions and the stations are rejected as having invalid coordinates. Make sure the source system exports coordinates in UTM zone 32N.

This import is for the ISA 5.4 (IVU.pool) data format. Only this specific version is supported.
