Export vehicle plannings

Permissions: read_task_lists

Export a product’s vehicle plannings to a CSV file. Choose the product, then download the generated CSV. This export has a single Export type—a full record (shown as All attributes, including ioki Platform IDs).

Full record

The full record contains the complete vehicle planning record snapshot, including ioki Platform IDs.

Column	Description
id	Unique vehicle planning identifier.
created_at	When the vehicle planning was created.
updated_at	When the vehicle planning was last updated.
starts_at	When the vehicle planning starts.
state	The current state of the vehicle planning.
ends_at	When the vehicle planning ends.
planned_starts_at	The planned start time.
planned_ends_at	The planned end time.
actual_starts_at	The actual start time.
actual_ends_at	The actual end time.
service_starts_at	When service begins.
service_ends_at	When service ends.
start_location_id	Identifier of the start location.
start_location	The start location.
end_location_id	Identifier of the end location.
end_location	The end location.
ad_hoc_bookable	Whether the vehicle planning is ad hoc bookable.
auto_repositioning_strategy	The automatic repositioning strategy.
deactivated	Whether the vehicle planning is deactivated.
paused	Whether the vehicle planning is paused.
prebookable	Whether the vehicle planning is prebookable.
matching_configuration_id	Identifier of the matching configuration.
matching_rank	The rank used during matching.
vehicle_id	Identifier of the assigned vehicle.
line_id	Identifier of the associated line.
version	The record’s version number.
