Get started
To work in ioki Vehicle App, you need a driver account. After you sign in, you can connect your vehicle and start working with the current task list for that vehicle.
ioki Vehicle App supports two sign-in methods:
- Account sign-in with a product ID (the product’s driver login slug), username, and six-digit PIN
- One-time code sign-in, when the product supports it (see one-time codes for driver login)
If the credentials are invalid, the app shows an error and keeps you on the sign-in screen. After too many failed attempts, the account is temporarily locked for security, and a one-time code can be used only once.
The sign-in screen also includes a hidden environment switch for testing. For the steps, see Switch environments.
Connect a vehicle
If no vehicle is connected yet, the app shows a connect action on the home screen. You can also open the menu and use the vehicle tile there.
To connect a vehicle, enter its license plate and confirm the dialog.
Start working
After sign-in and vehicle connection, the app loads the current driving workspace.
If the connected vehicle has no accepted tasks yet, the app can stay open without showing a current destination.
If you need to switch vehicles
To change vehicles, disconnect the current vehicle first and then connect a different one. For details, see Manage vehicle availability.
