Payments and refunds
This report contains all payments and refunds captured through ioki Platform. Payment recoveries may also arrive some time after the purchase.
- The period type is monthly.
- The default query timeframe is one day.
- The row access mode is
unrestricted.

Charge split ID (charge_purchase_split_id) | Allocation of payments to individual purchases (charge_purchase_split_id). Collective payment recoveries are split per purchase. Partial payments may occur when using service credits. |
Charge succeeded at (charge_succeeded_at) | Date when the charge succeeded |
Settled amount (settled_amount) | Settled amount per purchase or credit note. Collective payment recoveries are split per purchase. Partial payment for a purchase may occur when using service credits. |
Charge ID (charge_id) | Unique ID of the charge. May occur multiple times in case of collective payment recovery. |
Charge type (charge_type) | Incoming payment or outgoing refund |
Refund of original payment ID (refunded_charge_id) | Reference of the refund to the original payment |
Payment method type (payment_method_type) | Type of the payment method |
Processed by (processed_by) | Administrator or driver who processed the payment or refund. Only available for in-vehicle payment, manual payment, or refund. |
External transaction ID (external_transaction_id) | Unique ID of the transaction of the payment service provider |

Purchase ID (purchase_id) | Allocation to a purchase or credit note |
