Sign in
Open ioki Booking in a browser and sign in with your ioki Platform account. The Booking overview lists the address for each environment.
Choose what you are booking for
After you sign in, choose the provider you are booking for, then the service area—the product—within it. The rest of the booking flow, from finding the passenger to picking a solution, runs against the service area you select. To book for a different service area, switch back to this selection.
Access
Role: Phone Booking Agent Permissions on the product:
create_rides,create_bookings,cancel_rides,read_rides,read_areas,read_passenger_types,read_passenger_options,read_ride_options,read_service_violations
To book in a service area, you need the Phone Booking Agent role on that product. The role covers viewing and creating rides and bookings, cancelling rides, and reading the product’s areas, passenger types, passenger options, and ride options. Creating a new passenger record also needs permission to create users (create_users).
If any required permission is missing, ioki Booking does not open the service area and shows a message that the Phone Booking Agent role is needed. Ask a Product Admin to grant the role.
